Who leads the individual evaluations
Ivan Yosifov is an entrepreneur, AI strategist and builder with practical experience in business systems, automation, product thinking and mentoring of entrepreneurial teams. In the program, his role is to help the participant clarify the process, separate the useful opportunity from the technological noise and formulate a small first pilot.

Why is the program free?
It is part of the social service activity of the KanzenKai Foundation for the development of practical entrepreneurial and professional skills.
Is this a business consultation?
No. The purpose is educational assessment and first orientation. There is no sales pitch, contract or obligation to purchase a service.
Should we be using AI already?
No. The program is suitable both for teams without implemented AI tools and for teams with separate experiments without a clear priority.
How are participants selected?
We value connection to the program’s mission, the candidate’s role, the clarity and repeatability of the process, and the readiness for a small follow-up test.
What happens if I am not selected?
You will receive a response and, where applicable, an invitation to the next period or future information about a group educational resource.
How do you use my data?
The KanzenKai Foundation uses the data only to manage and evaluate the application, communicate about the program and measure its impact. Data is not automatically provided for personal or commercial activity.
How long is the data kept?
Application data is stored for up to 12 months, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise or you request earlier deletion.
