No. Kanzen is not a diagnostic service. AI can help with information and preparation for a conversation, but medical assessment belongs to a qualified professional.
Is it suitable for emergencies?
No. If you have emergency symptoms, do not wait for an app’s response — seek emergency medical assistance or call 112.
