Your health deserves a place you can understand.
LZD — Personal health record with AI is a free project for more organised, accessible and humane care for your own health.
The working address will be activated when ready. The project is distributed free of charge.
Why we are creating it
Health knowledge should not be scattered.
Medical documents, test results, symptoms and questions often remain in different apps, folders and memories. LZD brings the context together in one place and helps make it understandable — for the person and for their conversation with a health professional.
One personal context
Organise important health information so that you can find and review it more easily.
Clear language
Get help navigating terms, results and questions that you want to discuss with a doctor.
A better conversation
Prepare more calmly for a medical appointment with your history, documents and notes in one place.
What is AI’s role?
AI in LZD is an informational assistant. It can summarise the context provided, explain concepts in clear language and suggest questions to discuss.
What is it not?
- It does not diagnose.
- It does not prescribe medicines or treatment.
- It does not replace a doctor or make decisions on your behalf.
- In an emergency, always seek immediate medical assistance.
Our approach
Access with responsibility.
As a project by KanzenKai Foundation, LZD is being developed around public benefit, clear boundaries and respect for personal autonomy. A good digital tool does not hide uncertainty — it makes it visible and helps you reach the right person.
Organise
Collect your health information in a personal context.
Understand
Receive explanations and possible questions, without medical promises.
Discuss
Enter conversations with a health professional better prepared.
Decide
You decide what to keep, share and do.
Frequently asked questions
Before you start
Will LZD really be free?
Yes. LZD is a project by KanzenKai Foundation and is intended for free distribution. The conditions of the specific working version will be described transparently at launch.
Can AI tell me what illness I have?
No. LZD is not a diagnostic service. AI can help with information and preparation for a conversation, but medical assessment belongs to a qualified professional.
Is it suitable for emergencies?
No. If you have emergency symptoms, do not wait for an app’s response — seek emergency medical assistance or call 112.
Where will I be able to use it?
The working version is being prepared at lzd-home-page.vercel.app. This page will be updated with news about the project’s availability and development.
